- Paid subscribers: Images are kept private by default. You may optionally choose to share specific images to the public gallery. Only images you explicitly mark as public will be displayed in the community gallery.
- Public gallery content is visible to all visitors of our website and may be featured in promotional materials, social media, and documentation to showcase platform capabilities.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, precise biometric identifiers, or information about minors). If such information is discovered, we will delete it.

- Billing records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).
- Moderation logs tied to policy violations may be held longer if necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.
You can delete individual generations and prompts from the dashboard. To close your account entirely, email [email protected].
We share information only with vetted service providers who help us operate AI Girl Generator:
- Infrastructure & hosting: Vercel, AWS, or equivalent cloud providers.
- Payments: Stripe (or regional alternative) to process transactions securely.

- Paid subscribers: You have full control over which images are shared publicly. You can generate images privately by default, and you may contact us to remove any previously shared images from the public gallery.

9. Children & prohibited content
